Join us for a special Storytelling Breakfast edition: “No Perfect Stories: Truth, Trust & Tension in Sustainability Communication.”
In this session, we explore the tension between credibility, complexity, and the pressure to simplify sustainability communication. Together with voices from business and sustainability, we’ll ask: Are claims like “net zero” losing trust? Does saying less actually build more credibility? And what does honest, imperfect communication look like in practice?
We are pleased to welcome Marco Hirsbrunner (Terra Impact Ventures) for a keynote speech, setting the tone for the morning with reflections on climate action, impact, and the role of business in driving meaningful change.
The panel discussion will feature perspectives from Liza Engel and Marius Schlegel, diving into transparency, marketing pressure, and the fine line between greenwashing and greenhushing. We’ll also explore how storytelling can move beyond polished success narratives to embrace complexity, trade-offs, and real progress.
The event will take place at Impact Hub Zürich (Sihlquai) as part of their Open Community Day, offering a vibrant space to connect with the community.
Join us for the conversation and stay afterwards for coffee, light bites, and networking. We look forward to welcoming you.
